Buffered by the Mahaweli River on two sides, this remote park is home to over 150 wild elephants, leopards, sloth bears, and sambar deer — all in near-complete solitude. This 3-day safari takes you deep into Wasgamuwa's varied habitats: riverine forest, scrub jungle, and open grasslands. With very few vehicles in the park on any given day, every encounter feels like a private show. Ideal for photographers and serious wildlife enthusiasts who want raw, unfiltered wilderness.
